Compatibility
Caddie Wheel is designed to be used in conjunction with a specific bracket kit for the push cart. Please do not attempt to install a bracket kit on a push cart that is not on the compatibility list. Doing so will void the warranty and can potentially cause damage to your bracket kit, Caddie Wheel, and push cart. Please consult our list of officially compatible carts. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.

This is a normal occurrence caused by the rotation of the internal magnets of the hub motor. It does not affect the performance of the Caddie Wheel.
